Virgin Media saves the day for Frank in new advertising drive

virgin mediaVirgin Media Ireland is releasing the next phase of its nationwide advertising campaign featuring Virgin Group founder Richard Branson. From today, the extensive national TV campaign will highlight Virgin’s new 360Mbps ultrafast broadband, now with Horizon TV and unlimited calls for just €40 per month. The campaign includes TV, Outdoor, Press, Digital, Radio and Direct Mail.

Created by Irish International BBDO, the new TV ad sees Richard coming to the aid of a house bound Frank who is in desperate need of finding a way to entertain three young nieces.

Virgin Media was recently named Ireland’s fastest broadband network by the independent measurement institute Ookla, following their analysis of over 1 million speed tests by Irish Internet users over six months across the main 4 broadband operators in Ireland.
