Werlte, November 2013 – VTL (Vernetzte-Transport-Logistik GmbH) has ordered  40 new Dry Liner trailers from Krone. . Managing Director Andreas Jäschke has now officially received the first  trailer in Werlte.

“Our claim “VTL- green packaged goods cooperation” states it very clearly. We take our responsibility for maintaining the natural environment very seriously.  That is why we not only train our drivers regularly but also investigate how we can use innovative technology to reduce CO2 emissions when purchasing new vehicles. The aerodynamic Krone fuel saver kit is, for example, a very good solution”, explained Mr. Jäschke.

In addition to the aerodynamic package, the Dry Liner in the  cassette panel design with internal ‘key hole’ plates for multiple load retention points, stands out   for its extraordinary stability and exemplary load protection. “In particular  for tough packaged goods transport, the double wall and  robust body meet the highest requirements. At the same time the key hole plates offer the maximum load protection  that no other manufacturer can provide,” emphasized Ingo Geerdes (Krone Director Key Account Management) on the occasion of the handover.
