MBA Group, direct marketing and transactional communication industry specialists, have invested in three state-of-the-art Fusion Cross inserters from BOWE SYSTEC UK at their site in Tottenham, London. The BOWE SYSTEC Fusion Cross provides a unique revolutionary approach to inserting. No other system is as flexible or handles such a wide spectrum of envelope formats and filling thicknesses with speeds of up to 22K per hour. MBA Group made this important investment to increase capacity and improve fulfillment process and efficiency. The revolutionary Fusion Cross inserters enable the MBA Group to
process a range of different job specifications, utilising the technology’s ability to handle a wide-variety of formats from DL to C5 and up to C4 flats at high speed. Tom Nangle, Production Director at MBA Group said: “The significant investment on the
three inserters has doubled the enclosing capacity of our Tottenham production facility. This requirement was driven by an increase in enclosing demand on the back of several new contract wins and a substantial upturn in DM sales.
We are delighted with how the new inserters have performed along with the training and
support provided by BOWE SYSTEC UK“. BOWE SYSTEC UK have also been awarded the Maintenance Contract for all mailing
equipment on the MBA Tottenham site and provide round the clock engineering support.
