Irish IT company creating 35 new jobs for Dublin
Arkphire, the Irish IT consulting and managed services company has announced that it has acquired networking solution provider, Bootstrap for an undisclosed sum. The aquisition will combine the two companies into a single, enhanced enterprise.
The IT Company says it intends to create 35 new jobs following completion of the deal. The combined entity will have annual revenues of more than €55 million and Arkphire said it aims to be a significant player in the IT services market with 50 per cent growth in revenue and profitability by the end of 2017.
Arkphire has expanded significantly in recent years achieving a turnover for the year to 30 June 2016 of over €50 million, up from €30 million for the same period in 2015. Bootstrap had a turnover of over €4 million for its last financial year.
The company is based in Sandyford, Dublin, and currently employs 55 people in Dublin, London and San Francisco. Bootstrap, a Cisco Gold Partner, is also based in Sandyford and employs 16 people. The two offices will continue to operate in their separate locations and under the existing brand names within the new corporate structure.
