CityJet creates 18 jobs in Dublin
Irish regional airline, City Jet announced it is to create eighteen call centre jobs in its campus in North County Dublin.
The airline has said its new customer contact centre, opening in Swords, will use Irish staff for work that used to be outsourced to Mauritius.
The centre will operate from 7am to 7pm daily, dealing with enquiries on CityJet’s European routes.
CityJet’s Chief Commercial Officer Cathal O’Connell said: “We are delighted to create additional jobs at our Swords campus.
“Relocating the call centre to Dublin and bringing it in house ensures our customers are dealt with by dedicated CityJet staff and enjoy our unrivalled service and attention to detail.”
CityJet is an Irish regional airline with headquarters in Swords, County Dublin. It operates mainly out of London City Airport and operates under its own brand as well as wet-lease services on behalf of its partner Air France, which was the main owner until May 2014 when CityJet was sold to German owners Intro Aviation. The airline also owns and operates maintenance facilities at Dublin Airport.
