At Pharmintech, MG Compact will be the standard bearer of MG2 continuous motion capsule fillers dedicated to production. Featuring a small footprint and a modular conception, MG Compact can reach a production speed up to 48.000 capsules per hour; it is conceived for companies requiring medium speed solutions, suitable to be integrated inside production facilities with reduced spaces. Very significant is going to be the presence of AlternA70N, reengineering of the first MG2 intermittent motion capsule filler. Introduced in the Process Division’s range in 2007, the intermittent motion solutions carried out by the Bolognese company combine the basic principles of MG2 philosophy – flexibility, performances and reliability – with the technical features of intermittent motion applications, first of all the ease of use and great sturdiness. Last – as for dimensions – but not least for performances, a FlexaLAB will be on show; this machine is very popular among R&D laboratories and companies requiring automated productions in spite of small batches. In fact, MG2 models for laboratories share the same working principles of capsule fillers for production; moreover, they are used by structures such as the Research Center of Pharmaceutical Engineering (RCPE) in Graz, which in cooperation with MG2 is carrying out advanced studies concerning the characterisation of powders for encapsulation. It is a highly evolved project, arisen from the need of some Big Pharma companies, aiming at developing a predictive model suitable to help customers in the optimisation of the dosing process of their products. The showcase portfolio will be completed by ACE BT/300, Track&Trace unit for bottles, by which the Bolognese manufacturer confirms its engagement in the packaging field.

A more and more social and people-friendly Company

 Not only the machines are proving MG2’s efforts and desire for innovation. In fact, a new website is under construction, completely redesigned in order to guarantee usability and ease of browsing; it will not just be a showcase for the company’s solutions, but also a multimedia reservoir of contents. The new website has been conceived to facilitate contacts between MG2 and its customers who, with a few clicks, will know faces, functions and tasks of their interlocutors. The web platform carries on MG2 tradition, which has always pursued a personal relation with the customer, enabling him to engage with a person, not with an abstract entity or with spokespersons changing time by time. The website will also include a blog dedicated to MG2 solutions, enhanced with in-depth news concerning reference markets and company strategies. This section will be the heritage of “MG2 Ahead” mini-website, launched in 2014 on the occasion of Interpack, expanding the contents available in order to give more information to customers, potential customers and operators of the field. Moreover, the website will contain a section dedicated to the 50^th anniversary of the Company. MG2 will also strengthen its presence on social networks, with a dedicated campaign on its Facebook and Linkedin pages.
