Fintech software company Aphix Software has announced the creation of 25 new jobs at its Drogheda base. The new positions, supported by the Department of Jobs, through Enterprise Ireland are across many areas of the business to include customer success, software engineering and development. Recruitment has begun with all positions to be filled over the next 12 to 36 months.
Aphix Software helps wholesalers grow revenues, reduce costs, enhance customer experience and scale globally using the world’s most flexible real-time ordering platform. The new positions will be required to support the continued success and demand of Aphix Software’s platform, delivering on mission critical order systems, processing orders for wholesalers across the UK and Ireland.
Graham O’Rourke, Co-Founder & CTO, Aphix Software said, “Following on from a very successful year for the business in 2016, our focus this year is to triple our growth via rapid expansion in the UK market. Based on the demand for our products, we are delighted to announce that we will create 25 new positions within the next three years at our HQ here at the Millbank in Drogheda.
Our customers are large wholesalers who have ambitious plans for growth and expansion. They see digital ordering as a key part of their strategy to reduce costs, scale their business and deliver the best in customer service. While Brexit poses a serious threat to wholesalers in the UK and Ireland, it also makes it more important than ever to invest in digital solutions including web and app ordering. We can help wholesalers achieve competition advantage, significantly reduce costs and increase online sales.”
CTO at Aphix Software, Mark Reilly added, “Recruitment is already under way for a variety of technology-based roles including software and app developers. Driving investment into the region is a key focus for us, providing a significant boost to employment and benefiting the local economy.”
